Jupiter won’t Ascend for another seven months

Rather disappointed at the news of Warner Bros delaying the release of Jupiter Ascending, the new Wachowski siblings foray into the scifi genre, by seven months. Originally meant to be released this July, it is now slated for February 6th, 2015.

According to Variety, this was due to visual effects being incomplete, as well as a poor reaction to the film at various research screenings back in April.

Jupiter Ascending features a cast that includes Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis, Eddie Redmayne, Sean Bean, Doona Bae, James D’Arcy, Tuppence Middleton and Douglas Booth.

Frankly, I can’t wait.
